Blended Learning
Blended Learning is learning that is facilitated by the effective combination of different delivery methods, teaching models and learning styles, and is based on transparent communication between all parties involved in a training course.
We approach each new course development and/or training delivery request with just one question: which media and methods are best able to fulfill the learning objective(s) for this course? We have used this approach to deliver many projects, achieving great results and happy participants. By combining existing and new media we are able to speak every language and motivate any target group.
The following methodologies form the basis of our Blended Learning approach:
- E-learning or web-based training (WBT)
- Classroom training
- Virtual Classroom Training (VCT) or video conferencing
